Matt Gaudreau

Gaudreau’s coaching career began in the 2021-2022 season with the Philadelphia Hockey Club, where he served as an assistant coach for the NCDC and USPHL Premier teams. His coaching journey continued with the Philadelphia Rebels in the NAHL from 2022 to 2024 as an assistant coach. Gaudreau has also served as the head coach at Gloucester Catholic High in the USHS-NJ league, a position he held for the past two seasons.

Before transitioning into coaching, Gaudreau had an impressive playing career. He played for the Omaha Lancers in the USHL, where he tallied 40 points over two seasons. He then went on to play at Boston College, where his standout performance in the 2016-2017 season saw him record 35 points in 40 games. Gaudreau’s professional career included stints in the AHL with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers and Stockton Heat, as well as in the ECHL with the Worcester Railers and Reading Royals. His international experience includes playing for Tyringe SoSS in the HockeyEttan league in Sweden.
