PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

The Wolves’ development program aims to help players reach their full potential with a personalized approach that caters to individual needs. Players start with a mid-August training camp, where they undergo off-ice assessments, coaching interviews, and team-building activities. This preparation establishes clear expectations and builds strong relationships between players and coaches.

Our program features daily on-ice and off-ice training, including individual and team drills, weight training, agility, cardio, and yoga. Players receive over 270 hours of instruction each season and use our video room to review game footage and enhance performance. We also emphasize the importance of nutrition and hydration.

Competing in a challenging junior hockey schedule is essential for player growth, and the Wolves provide opportunities to advance to the NCDC level. We view player development as a rewarding journey and are committed to guiding players towards achieving their hockey goals.

Our Facility & Amenities

The Wolves program has partnered with PNY Sports Arena to create an elite hockey player development model, establishing itself as a premier destination for top-level athletes. Here, players receive more than just athletic training; they experience a comprehensive approach to their development.
