Wolves Defeat Junior Bruins 4-2

After a scoreless opening period, Tsatsoulis gave the Wolves a 1-0 lead late in the first on a power play. In the second, Cicco and Lavallee extended the lead to 3-1, while Dalton’s power-play goal pulled the Bruins within one.

Cardosi added an insurance goal early in the third, and despite a late tally from Sallinen for the Bruins, the Wolves held on for the 4-2 win.

Feeley stopped 24 of 26 shots for the Wolves, while Junior Bruins goalie Dumont made 50 saves on 54 shots. The Wolves outshot the Bruins 54-26 and capitalized on their power play opportunities.


Wolves Top South Shore Kings 2-1

The West Chester Wolves earned a 2-1 win over the South Shore Kings on Sunday.

The Kings took a 1-0 lead in the first period with a goal from Maksymiu. The game remained scoreless in the second period.

In the third, the Wolves tied it up with Lavallee’s power-play goal at 6:30. Less than a minute later, Lunski put the Wolves ahead. The Kings couldn’t respond, despite a late penalty-filled stretch.

Wolves goalie Wiltshire made 19 saves on 20 shots, while Gonsalves stopped 26 of 28 for the Kings.


Wolves Edge Jr. Rangers 2-1

Cyclones Arena Rink 1 – Sunday, February 2, 2025

The West Chester Wolves topped the Boston Jr. Rangers 2-1 on Sunday.

After the Rangers took a 1-0 lead in the first period with a goal from Sapozhnikov, the Wolves responded in the second. Cardosi tied the game at 1-1 with a goal at 7:43. Early in the third, Weiss scored to give the Wolves a 2-1 lead, which they held onto.

Wolves goalie Golden made 20 saves, while Rangers goalie Wagner stopped 53 of 55 shots.


Wolves Fall 2-0 to Springfield Pics

Cyclones Arena Rink 2 – Monday, February 3, 2025

The West Chester Wolves were shut out 2-0 by the Springfield Pics on Monday.

After a scoreless first two periods, Adcock scored for Springfield early in the third. D'Amours added an empty-net shorthanded goal to seal the win.

Wolves goalie Wiltshire made 29 saves on 31 shots, while Springfield's Huber recorded a 23-save shutout.
